Laney's Sweetwater Herd

The trees are dense, the branches close together, you're careful as you walk, making sure you lift your feet to clear the tangled undergrowth beneath your shoes. There is an immense quiet that surrounds you, and you wonder if you're the only person in the whole world that exists.
And you keep walking.
It takes some time, but when you step from the trees into the sunlight, you have to shade your eyes from the suddenly bright light. Before you, is a large stretch of grass, that moves down a small hillock, where it is very quickly overtaken by sand. A small, secluded beach stretches for about a mile, with both ends of the beach rimmed with high rocks. At the farthest end of the beach, a deep cave stretches into the rocks.
The rocks that are closest to you however, stretch more than a hundred metres high. To your right, is a path that cuts around behind the rocks. You follow the path to find it leading up, and up and up. The path is smooth however, worn by the hooves of the Unbridled who you have come to see.
When you reach the top, you're surprised to see nobody around, you walk forward a little and notice a large circle on the ground, made of small rocks that are pushed into the ground. Smaller circles radiate inwards until the middle stone is simply just a large, flat stone. Big enough for an Unbridled to sit on.
Seeing nobody around, you make your way back down the beach... the wind at the top of the cliffs is so very strong, you feel like you'll be blown away.
As your feet touch the sand, you see the herd leader at the other end of the beach. She holds her wings in a proud manner, and you walk forward to meet her.

Breed: Pegasus
History: Jingle Bells doesn't actually know where she came from in life... She has no memory prior to the day of December 14th, 2008. Perhaps, she sometimes thinks, she didn't exist. She found the place of her solitude when walking through the trees, and falling in love with the beach and the perfect cliff top, she stayed. As a Pegasus, she absolutely loves the rocks on the high cliffs, as the high winds enable her to lift off the ground with little effort, and fly.
She is a happy mare, but longs for company and companionship more than anything else in the world.
She is also very motherly, tender and caring. She wants nothing more in life than to look after others.

Breed: Saddlebred
History: Samir has spent his entire life searching for his place in the world. He's never known quite where he fit in, at least until he stumbled upon the home of Jingle Bells. Upon meeting this kindly, gentle mare, he knew he had found a place that he could feel comfortable during his lifetime. She invited him to be Herd Stallion, but he declined, leaving this option open for someone he felt was better equipped for the job. Instead, he chose to take on the role of "Tour Guide", as he calls it. He meets and greets all visitors, welcoming them to the home of the Sweetwater herd. He is a friend to everyone he meets, and loves all.
